Mark is the General Counsel for Anfield Capital. Mark will be responsible for company policies, procedures and corporate structure, organization and governance. He will provide guidance on company strategies, business transactions and legal initiatives.
Prior to joining Anfield, Mark was a key member of the Ingram Micro Inc. (a Fortune 100 company-NYSE: IM) legal department for over 21 years. He has an extensive background in employment law, litigation management, compliance/FCPA matters and general corporate legal support. Mark was a trusted advisor to the company’s executive and senior leadership teams. Previous to his career with Ingram Micro, Mark served 4 years as the Associate Regional Counsel for the Western Region of Waste Management, Inc.
Mark received his juris doctorate from the University of California-Hastings College of the law (San Francisco, CA) and a BA (History) from the University of California at Irvine. He is a licensed member of the CA Bar and also admitted to all California Federal District Courts. Mark is an active member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
